Winter is one of the harshest times on hands.  Our heaters are cranked, which dries out skin.  Then we go outside and it's freezing, which also dries out skin.  Either way your hands are exposed to those elements more so than the rest of our bodies.  Baby those hands and they'll baby you!

Different ideas for Aroma-Sensory: Fragrance

When I first started out selling Sensaria we had a few oils that we didn't sell as Aroma-Sensory but they've taken that small idea and changed it to a great product. So I have some fun ideas for uses around your house other than just putting them in the Aroma-Sensory black burner.

Essential oils influence our emotions within seconds of inhalation. For instance, clary sage stimulates the thalamus to release a hormone called encephalon, a neurochemical that creates a sense of euphoria and provides pain relief. Lavender and chamomile fuel the release of serotonin, which has a calming effect on fear, stress, aggravation, or insomnia.
We have many different scents, but regardless you can use the oils in so many different parts of your house.   


1.  Dab one of our scents onto a cotton ball and rub your lightbulbs with the scent. Then every time you turn on your lights that scent will come alive. 
2. Dab four or five cotton balls with your favorite scent and then put the cotton balls in your vacuum, bag less or not.  Either way every time you run your vacuum you'll have a great smell. 
3. Of course use Sensaria's burner for the oils and this will fill your room with the smell. I always advise one to a room unless the room is over 700 sq. ft. then two are best.

Wash, exfoliate, toner and moisturizer!!!

"As you go about your daily business, your skin is going about its own. Skin cells that have been around for about 25 days are starting to shed, making room for the new skin cells that will be taking their place.         So now we know that we must exfoliate but with what, how often and do I still need to wash my face? First and foremost you must wash your face.  You dont want to exfoliate all the dirt and grim into your face. So always wash first.  You should be exfoliating NO MORE then once or twice a week. You want to scrub off the dead skin cells but not scrub off your face with it.  Sensaria trains us on how important it is to use small-grained exfoliants and not large grained because of the damage that can be caused to your face more than actually helping it. I personally love the Sea Kelp Scrub. It has a  finely ground mixture of walnut shells and apricot seeds in it to help gently exfoliate your face. I've been using it for 6 years.







Although while pregnant, I switched over to the enzyme exfoliating treatment, it is for sensitive skin and has the smallest exfoliating grains, because my skin was freaking out when I was pregnant.

I love to exfoliate in the evening and in the shower.  I feel like I am scrubbing away the day and my skin will be able to rest all night long.
